What it does

Built to run your TCG business.

At the show

Buys keep working with no signal and send when you reconnect.

Buy and trade

Scan a card or a binder page. Get cash and trade prices, and settle the difference when cards go both ways.

Pricing

See the market price and its source before you offer. Offers follow your own percentages, with separate rules for slabs and sealed.

Hold a deal

Park a deal while the seller thinks it over, serve the next person, and pick it back up when they return.

Stock and labels

Record cost, condition and price, then print barcode or QR price labels for a whole pile at once.

Sell and cash up

Scan a label or search to sell. Split cash, card and trade, and count the float at close.

Fix a mistake

Undo a buy, sale or trade, and the stock and cash put themselves back.

Between shows

For buying online, your web store, grading and your team.

Buying online

Paste a seller's post or screenshot. Get an offer judged by your own rules, and track every offer you have out.

Shopify

List a card on your Shopify store from its stock page. The count on the store follows every sale and hold.

Orders

Paste an order email and its cards are held so they cannot sell twice. Confirm, pack and mark it sent.

Grading

Track cards out to PSA, BGS and others. Fees land in each slab's cost, so its profit is real.

Customers

See who buys from you and sells to you, and what they have done before.

Your team

Staff roles, cash limits and approvals, so helpers can run the table without seeing your costs.

Coming next

In progress

Receipts by email

Forward order and purchase emails to your own address and they arrive as orders and buys on their own.

Shipping

Track parcels in and out with courier and tracking, and print address labels.

Trade Me and eBay

List and keep counts in step on more channels than Shopify.

Social posts

Turn new stock into a ready to post image and caption for Facebook or Instagram.

Works with Pokémon, One Piece, Magic, Lorcana and Yu-Gi-Oh!

Questions

What does it cost to start?

Nothing while we test. Founding vendors then move to the Vendor plan at $19 a month for 12 months. We will tell you well before any billing starts, and you choose whether to stay.

When can I scan cards?

Card scanning is switched on for each new shop once we have said hello, so we can help you through your first buys. Everything else works from the moment you sign up, and you can add cards by searching.

What counts as a scan?

One card read from a photo. A binder page photo uses one scan for each card on it. Rechecks and failed reads are not counted.

Where do the prices come from?

Market prices come from JustTCG, which tracks prices on the major US card marketplaces. We convert them to NZD. You can change any price before you use it.

What if I use all my scans?

You keep scanning. Each extra 100 scans costs $5 + GST on your next bill, up to a monthly limit you set ($50 unless you change it). If extra scans would cost more than the next plan, we charge the next plan and move you onto it. On Shop, fair use means up to 10,000 scans a month.

Does it work without signal?

Yes for buying at the table. Buys and card photos are saved on your device and sent when you are back online.

Does TenthPocket take card payments?

No. Take payment on your usual EFTPOS terminal or card reader, then record it in TenthPocket.

What do I need for labels?

A printer your phone, tablet or laptop can print to, with A4 label sheets or a label roll.

Which games does it support?

Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana and Yu-Gi-Oh!. Cards from other games can be added by hand.
